1. Characteristics:
The drying time only takes 10-30 seconds. Due to the short drying time, the product can maintain a uniform fine particle shape (the product has good dispersibility, flowability, and solubility).
◆ Flexible handling. For the grain size, bulk density, moisture content, and product properties (excluding dust, flowability, wettability, and solubility) of the product, the operating conditions can be adjusted within a certain range for convenient control and management.

The nozzle structure is simple (the cost of the atomization system is only 1/3 of that of the pressure type and 1/5 of that of the centrifugal type), the possibility of blockage is small, the one-time investment cost is low, and the later use cost is also very low.

2 Working principle:

Spray compressed air or water vapor from the nozzle at a speed of ≥ 300m/s, and use the frictional force generated by the velocity difference between the gas and liquid to separate the liquid into small droplets. The mist droplets come into full contact with hot air and undergo heat exchange, quickly completing the entire drying process within 10-30 seconds.
